For Returns:
All returns must be postmarked within 2 days of delivery and must be in
resalable conditions. Buyer is responsible for the shipping charges to
return. The $30USD shipping fee and a 15% restocking fee will be
deducted from the refund amount, so please contact us with all your
questions and concerns before placing your order. The refund will be
posted to your paypal account(1work day) or credit card account(around one month) after we received
the returns.
No
deliver: When customers asking for a refund because of their own
reasons, such as negligence or later changing the idea and so on, a 15%
service fee will be deducted from the refund amount. All money will be
refunded if the goods are out of stock.

For Exchanges:
Exchanges are only allowed for the items which are defective or damaged
upon receipt or the items do not fit and are not subject to a
restocking fee. Items must be returned within 3 days of delivery and
the customer is responsible for shipping charges to return. All items
can only exchange for equal price replacement, please be aware that we
will issue the replacements only after your returns have been received.

At this time, we ship merchandise to locations within the continental North America, UK and mostly international locations which USPs can reach.
